I would like to write my reviews if you like to put on website. Atlas Realty is the name of trust, reliability, honesty, incredible service, outstanding support and guidance, vast knowledge of product they are dealing with. Can you believe that I bought my first land from Lawrie, Director of Atlas Realty within 5 minutes. Nope, you may not believe that until I tell you something. I have been an honest and aggressive buyer in the market since Mar 2015. Which ever estate agent I was dealing with, one of them, Barry Plant in Werribee and others as well, providing shitty and shitty service. They don't know how to deal with an inquiry for land or for house or how to talk and deal with customers. All of them were into playing games with buyers. So from March, then April then May I was totally a frustrated woman. One Sunday night I send 10 emails to 10 property managers for a quote and my interest. Within 15-20 minutes I received a positive reply from Lawrie. I said to myself is he crazy, he replied me in 15-20 minutes and no reply from 8 properties until 20, 30, 40, 80 days. Can you believe that. One lady from a Melton estate agency replied me saying " Go and look for a land yourself I don't have time for you, you come to my office and pay me 5%". What a more shitty reply you can expect. 56 Ayesha Avenue was one of them. That property is still in market as you can see yourself. With Lawrie, positive reply within 2 hours by 9.30 pm on Sunday night I had sec 32. I send that to my conveyancer, she said don't sign, look what a bad luck she was blind saying there is a 10 metre easement. Lawrie called me 10.45 pm at night convinced me about right things. Monday morning 7.40 am he picked me from Melton Station and showed me the land. The land was so beautiful rectangle shape big sized land. I liked the land instantly. I shook hands with Lawrie within 5 minutes of seeing the land with interest saying " land is sold, I want to sign paper work". Lawrie was also shocked listening to that. I signed the paper work on 02 June 15. After that he took me around the area to show what is where, which was not his job but guess what he did that for me. How amazing is that??? I signed the land paper on 2 Jun 2015 and land was declared as sold on 16 June 2015. Now my house is already under construction. God helped me to buy my property so he send an angel for me in shape of " Lawrie" I will highly recommend Lawrie and his team. If you have money and you want reliable service with honesty and without games just close your eyes and trust Lawrie and buy your land and property from him. I haven't met such a awesome person ever before in estate agency or somewhere else who goes beyond the limits to help a customer. I am planning to buy another land in future will go to Lawrie again without second thoughts. You deserve all this appreciation, but i had no time to write it earlier. Thanks Lawrie, You were really an angel who just came from somewhere and I bought a land so quickly. See my house has already completed by 80 % by Simonds Homes. I am so happy. Hey Lawrie. I own quite a lot of property scattered over various parts of Australia. Believe me mate, you are doing a whole lot more than most property managers. You - 1. Sourced me good tenants. 2. Notify me of any maintenance items and source me good trades people to complete the work at reasonable cost. 3. Notify me in good time prior to lease expiry or six monthly rent reviews so I am ensured enough time to act in my best interests whilst in accordance with the Residential tenancies act. 4. Your statements are easy to understand. These might seem like standard services one might expect from their property manager, but I can tell you that finding good property managers is difficult. I belong to an organization whose core business is educating people to invest to create financial independence for themselves. The list of reputable service people is for the benefit of their clients. When any client buys in an area they can ask the company (Destiny Financial Solutions) whether they can recommend solicitors, property managers, building inspectors etc in the area of interest. If they have had other clients purchase in this area and have a good experience with any service people, their name can be added to the list of recommended people. I took your advice, and do you know what you were half right because in the space of one week-end we had three visitors and two offers on line, one of which bought my house, at the asking price. So within one and a half weeks I sold my house with the help of "Atlas Realty". I'm Laura and I'm writing this to tell you about the excellent experience I had when I sold my house with Atlas Real Estate. When my partner and I decided to sell our house, the first thing I thought was how much I hate real estate agents and how I really didn't want to have to deal with one. I thought about all their horrible sales tactics and all the horror stories I had heard from numerous friends and relatives. We decided that if we had to deal with a real estate agent we would choose the one that would cost us the least amount of money, so I began calling every estate agent in Melton to try and find the cheapest. When I began calling up I found that my worst suspicions about real estate agents were confirmed, they were pushy and very evasive when I asked for a price to sell the house. In every case there were excessive fees for marketing in addition to the large fees to actually sell the house. At this stage we decided to have three of the cheapest over to do a free appraisal. Then, while surfing on the internet I discovered Atlas Real Estate's website. It really struck me because it just came out and stated what the price was with no run around and no massive marketing fees, something that no other real estate company had managed. As soon as I saw the website I called up and booked a free appraisal. When the real estate agents came over to do the appraisal most were rude and pushy, they insisted I sign up with them on the spot and avoided answering my questions about the costs and the process involved. However, when Lawrie from Atlas Real Estate came to do the market appraisal he was friendly and personable; he sat down with us for an hour, answered all our questions and explained the whole process to us. Instead of being pushy, he even suggested that we get some other appraisals done so as we had something to compare it to. We were both really impressed with his professionalism and customer focused attitude. Although we had reservations that we had not heard of Atlas before, we decided to choose them as our real estate agents, as Lawrie seemed like someone who would be very pleasant to deal with and they were by far the cheapest of all the real estate agents. When we told Lawrie we wanted him to sell our house, he came over and explained the whole process to us and made everything easy to understand. He also took some very professional pictures of our house which he used to advertise on the Internet at no charge to us. He was very honest about everything and even told us we could sack him as our agent at any time if we thought he was doing a bad job. During inspections Lawrie was very professional. He would always call before bringing people through to inspect and took special care to ensure that my cats were not let out. He even checked on my cats when we had an unfortunate incident where a possum fell down the chimney and got stuck in the house while we were at work! Most importantly, Lawrie sold our house very quickly, which was very important as we had already bought another house. I would recommend Atlas Real Estate to anyone who wants to sell their house fast and wants to deal with friendly, professional people.
